For the first invited speech of this semester, we have invited Associate Professor Shintaro Suzuki from Morioka University. The speaker will share with us the reason/situation why Japanese people study English and French, the difficulties they face in learning these languages, and lead us through an exploration of the history of foreign language education in Japan.
